Privacy Policy

42pixels is the trading name of Talgat Kussainov, a sole proprietor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("42pixels", "we", "us"). This policy covers the website 42pixels.co, the 42pixels WhatsApp number and the internal tools we use to run our apps. Each app has its own privacy policy, which applies to that app; for Memo it is withmemo.app/privacy.

This website

42pixels.co sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and the page requested, for security and reliability.

Our WhatsApp number

42pixels uses a WhatsApp Business number (+1 424 424 2418) to send its owner notifications about our apps and to answer the owner's own questions about them. It is not a customer service channel and does not reply to other people. If you message it, Meta (WhatsApp) processes your message under its own terms, and we delete it without reading or replying. We never send marketing messages.

Internal tools

To run our apps we keep an internal dashboard, available only to the owner. It holds counts and totals from our apps' analytics, crash reports and subscription records, kept in Google Cloud in the United States. It is used to understand how the apps perform and what they cost; it is never sold or used for advertising. When the owner asks questions about these figures, the summaries may be processed by OpenAI to write the answer. What each app collects about its users is described in that app's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@42pixels.co. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date above. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
