Email us and we will get back to you. Writing from the app's Contact us adds your app ID, so we can find your projects. Otherwise, tell us your iPhone model, the iOS version and the ImgAI version.

Cancel ImgAI Pro
ImgAI Pro is billed by Apple. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Open App Store subscriptions, choose ImgAI, then Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription, and you keep ImgAI Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall ImgAI or move to a new iPhone or iPad, open ImgAI and use Restore Purchases. It brings back ImgAI Pro bought with the same Apple Account.
Delete your data
- To delete a result, delete it in Projects. The result and its files are deleted from our servers too.
- The photos and sketches you upload for an AI tool are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
- ImgAI has no account, so deleting the app does not delete what is stored on our servers. To delete everything, email us from the app's Contact us, which includes your app ID, and we delete all data linked to it.
