Cancel Biteday Pro

Biteday Pro is billed by Apple. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Open App Store subscriptions, choose Biteday, then Cancel. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription, and you keep Biteday Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall Biteday or move to a new iPhone, use Restore Purchases. To keep your meals and plan too, link Apple or Google in Settings first, then sign in with the same account on the new iPhone. It brings back Biteday Pro bought with the same Apple Account.

A meal looks wrong

Nutrition is estimated from your photo or words, and hidden ingredients or portions can change it. Open the meal and edit its name, ingredients or numbers. A clear photo from above in good light, or a short description with amounts, gives the best estimate.

Delete your data

• To delete a meal, delete it in your log. The meal and its photo are deleted from our servers too.
• To delete everything, open Settings and choose Delete Account. Your profile, plan, weights, meals, photos and sign-in account are deleted. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.
• If you cannot open the app, email support@42pixels.co from the address you linked with Apple or Google, and we will delete your account.
