Delete Your Account

Effective 23 October 2026

You can request deletion of your Bots account and associated app data.

In the App

Open Bots, go to Settings, and use the account or data controls available for your signed-in account.

By Email

Email support@42pixels.co from the email associated with your account and include “Delete my Bots account” in the subject line.

What May Be Deleted

Account records, chat history, uploaded files, generated media, and related user data may be deleted unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-record purposes.
